On the basis that if you don't eat you die, all food is healthy.
Guinea fowl & a lot of surplus poultry equipment.
Re: Bannana recipes
Just eat a banana? Full of potassium. I sometimes chop a ripe one up and add to a glass of milk and a dollop of natural yogurt and any suspect soft fruit which needs using up, whizz it about with a stick blender - makes a lovely smoothie, particularly if you can't face breakfast. I suspect you don't want to know that a) banana sandwiches are lovely and b) my favourite pudding as a child was mashed up banana with top of the milk

I'm sure you could leave out the cream for the porridge one.
Think I might try the banana stuffed chicken...different!

Re: Bannana recipes
We have smoothies every day to get the five a day down us. One banana, plus any other ripe fruit to hand - kiwi fruit, strawberries, tangerines, plums whatever (not apples unless cooked first). Chop roughly into a jug or liquidiser. Add dollop of honey and another of plain yoghurt. Zap till smooth, drink with gusto!
Re: Bannana recipes
Ah well, over-the-top bananas are pretty yuk so the only thing to do is chop them up and eat with plain yoghurt and demerara sugar if you don't want them for the chcken or compost.
Guinea fowl & a lot of surplus poultry equipment.

BBQ bananas are nice. Cook over the BBQ until the skins go black then split them to eat on their own or drizzled with something of your choice.
