Sexing Bluebelles

Postby ejc-free » 05 Oct 2005, 14:16

Hi,

I have 2 6-week old bluebelle chicks being raised by a foster mum, having been given them as day olds when Lindi failed to hatch any of the eggs she was determinedly brooding. Any tips for sexing these - or do we just have to wait until they start to crow or not.....

Both of my Blue Belles have lovely temperaments and are very friendly.

Are you going to pick them madslg? I only ask because my first one was all blue but not very fluffy at all and my second one had lovely bronzing on her chest and was very pretty and a bit fluffier
