Only when I forget when I put them in the incubator ,got eggs mixed up or the eggs were a week on when I put them in. I would imagine a week early is practically impossible that's one third of the hatching time :-k

I think that's the only possible explanation.....unless it's an alien! :alien:

Were you collecting the eggs every day? Or were the hens sitting on them for a few days before you put them in the incubator?

I think that's your answer. My shed gets very warm on a sunny day, so I think some of your eggs started incubating in there. Best place to store eggs before incubation is a cool, dark cupboard. :)
