Definitions

The Poultry Keeper Partnership - the owners and operators of this website and associated domains.

Administrators & Webmaster - the persons who look after the programs that allow the website to operate.

Author - the creator of a post, picture or other work.

Hosting Company(s) - One or more of 1and1 (webhosting), DynDNS (DNS services), and RapidVPS (backup services) at the discretion of the Administrators and Webmaster.

Advertising Partners - One or more of Google, Amazon and TradeDoubler.

User, You & Your - the person, group or entity viewing or using the website.

While the Administrators and Moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore You acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the Author and not the Administrators, Moderators, Webmaster or Hosting Company(s) (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, libellous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to You being immediately and permanently banned (and Your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the Webmaster, Administrator and Moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. You also agree that these same people have the right not to remove, edit, move or close posts as they see fit. This forum system uses cookies to store information on Your local computer.
