I get you now
between me and OH we have 81 ewes
9 were barren
so 72 are in lamb
3 are triplets
12 are singles
and the rest are twins
theres a couple that are prone to triplets that scanned as twins but are enormous so we are keeping a close eye on them

becaaue we live somewhere so remote the scanner goes to one place and the crofters who want their sheep scanned take the sheep there between me nd OH we had 81 but if you add up everyone elses sheep that were there as well there was about 400-500 We dip the same way, everyone does their bit and it's...

we sca, but we do it as a community.
the scanner tells the grazing clerk when he'll be here and if you want yours scanned you take them to the community pens then bring them home again.
this year we scanned 81, but there were probably about 400 - 500 in total

I had the privilage of meeting George in person as well as on here, he was a lovely person and has been (and continues to be) inspirational to many people.
He will always be remembered and sadly missed by all that knew him, naming the lounge after him was a fitting tribute

he's had some chicken and milk tonight :grin:
then went and had a tiny bit of cat food with the rest :grin: :grin:
he's only 6 and out of them all he's the one thats my baby,
he's always cuddled up with me when I'm not well and he's hardly left my side since he's been like this
